Please fill out the warranty card in full. No items can be left blank. If your units box does not have a UPC Code please put not applicable. The warranty can not be submitted unless it is fully completed. The date you put as purchased date must match what is on your receipt when you bring in a suspected defective unit. If it does not match your warranty is voided. If you do not fill out a warranty card within 30 days of purchase your warranty is voided. The date that each warranty card is filled out and submitted is hard coded. If a warranty card is filled out later than 30 days of purchase the warranty is voided and NO exceptions will be made.

Defective Item Return Policy: All units must be returned to a VIP Electronic Store with the original receipt from original purchase. If receipt is not present there will be a warranty card registration search. If no registration has been filled out and it is past 30 days of purchase, the warranty is voided. This is not negotiable. Defective units will be accepted and a trouble ticket will be filled out. Tech support will pickup the defective unit and the process of replacement is usually 2-3 working days. Weekends are not considered working days. Customer will be notified per the telephone when replacement item is ready for pickup if returned unit is defective. If the unit is deemed not defective or the damage is not a manufacturers warranty issue, the original unit will be returned to the customer...
