Defective Item Return Policy: All units must be returned to a VIP Electronic Store with the original receipt from original purchase. If receipt is not present there will be a warranty card registration search. If no registration has been filled out and it is past 30 days of purchase, the warranty is voided. This is not negotiable. Defective units will be accepted and a trouble ticket will be filled out. Tech support will pickup the defective unit and the process of replacement is usually 2-3 working days. Weekends are not considered working days. Customer will be notified per the telephone when replacement item is ready for pickup if returned unit is defective.
